If you’ve ever been to Santa Cruz, California, you know that it’s a one-of-a-kind place. There’s something about the pace of it all, the anything-goes, come-as-you-are lifestyle that sets it apart. That spirit is what we tried to capture in the “Let’s Cruz” campaign, from TV to branded content.

season 1
Season 1 featured a host, Annie, who drove an awesome bus and met with different locals, diving into their “scene” and then chatting about it over a beer.
Annie (and her bus, Betty Jane) were awesome hosts to kick off the series.

season 2
Season 2 swapped out our host and our bus. This time, we found unlikely pairs of locals connected by a single thread—in this case, craftsmanship—and put ‘em on big, bright beach cruisers.
Surfboards and booze. What could go wrong?
